  Cameron Court has been a wonderful place to live for many years. It is located perfectly between North Carolina State University and downtown, and both are walkable. There is public transportation, free laundry, a great outdoor cooking area and the best apartment staff I have experienced. Maintenance is great, and the leasing agent is accommodating and friendly. Rent is getting too expensive, but if you can afford it it will really be worth it. The last point I want to mention is that there is nowhere else within the city that you can have the downtown draw with so much green space. The trees are amazing and have increased my quality of life since I moved in.

  Great apartment in downtown Raleigh! It's older buildings sure, but Geoff the maintenance guy makes sure it all works smoothly (even when there are issues in the middle of the night). Plus no complex in Raleigh has such a gorgeous courtyard and general living space. I've lived here for several years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it.
