- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give a zero !!! Have had numerous problems with this store, the staff and the owner. After the tax preparer admitted to messing up my refund and delaying my tax income, I requested a refund ( which they have a "guaranteed refund policy" ) I called almost daily for weeks on end and the owner would not call me back ( still hasn't called me back ) I've brought it to corporate attention and they've stated they can't do anything about it.
