  I come to this bank everyday due to work responsibilities. The staff is very friendly, but they honestly take FOREVER to attend you through the drive thru. It makes my morning routine so tedious as I always give myself enough time, yet always end up late.

  I signed up for their credit card and the online interface is a disaster. There is no way to sign up for auto pay (to automatically pay the statement balance each month) online. Apparently I have to mail in a paper form or bring it in person to a local branch. Also, alerts were not automatically selected to warn me that a payment was due. All I got was one single email with my statement, which I somehow missed, and because I didn't get an alert and couldn't set up auto pay I missed the due date by a couple of days. When I spoke to a representative, they said they couldn't refund me the fees. Sure, I'm legally responsible. But it is really their fault and they are just trying to squeeze every little bit of money out of me they can.
