- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Apparently very few BofA bank branches answer their phones. It's even stated on the BofA site that when you call them you will most likely be redirected to the national call queue... which begs the question, why have a branch? Just another way they illustrate they do not care about their customers. Now I have to get in my car and drive 1.5 miles to ask a question (which no doubt I will wait at least 20 minutes to speak w/someone). I'll soon change banks as a result... what's the point of having a bank with local branches if you can't get any help?By A Google User, November 14, 2017
