    first citizens bank charged my account for a deposit mistake of 1 cent. charged me six dollars. do they pay a fee if a teller makes a mistake?? no!!!! this is bank policy now. i have banked with them 20+ years never had this happen. who ever came up with this should be fired!!! also their voice mail is designed to not let you speak with a real person. this is terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!
